Our services and products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw, temporarily or permanently, the Website (or any part of) with or without notice to you, and will not be liable for any modification or withdrawal. Please note that our website is NOT stock controlled.

 

Pricing

 

Forbes & Co. pricing is stated in NZ dollars, and includes GST of 15%. Forbes & Co. reserves the right to change any price without warning. Whilst we will make reasonable efforts to ensure the integrity of pricing, the price listed on the website is not guaranteed to be the current price of any one product. Advertised specials are only available while stocks last.

 

Privacy

 

Protecting customers confidentiality of personal information is of the utmost importance to us. Forbes & Co. will not disclose any customer information to third parties without first giving customers an opportunity to opt-out of certain kinds of disclosures. However, disclosures necessary to prevent fraud, effect, administer, or enforce a transaction requested by you to companies that perform services for us may be necessary.

 

All credit card transactions via DPS we do not hold credit card details of our customers. Once the transaction has been processed you will receive online confirmation of payment authorisation.

 

Forbes & Co. limits the access of the consumers personal information to those employees of Forbes & Co. and its affiliates who need the information to fulfill their business responsibilities, where these employees must adhere to the safeguarding of personal information.

By way of employing appropriate technologies and procedures, Forbes & Co. aims to review our security measures as necessary to ensure that customes privacy is enhanced at all times.

Returns & Refunds

A full refund will be provided on any item returned to us in the original packaging, unsoiled, within 14 days of purchase. Exclusions to this include indent orders or for custom made items. Refunds or exchanges cannot be made before we receive the returned goods. Returns made after 14 days or soiled goods will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

 

When returning an item, please contact us in advance to advise us of the return. Please enclose the receipt that was sent with your order and package sensibly to aviod damage to the goods, as we are unable to compensate for return parcels that are damaged or go missing in transit. Goods can also be exchanged, or a credit created for use in our store. Credit will not be issued if original packaging and labeling is not intact.

 

Any extra freight charges associated with returning or exchanging products is to be charged to you, the customer. Please enclose the appropriate return postage and packing fee with goods returned for exchange, or alternatively we can re-charge your credit card.

 

If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

 

Packaging & Delivery

 

Postage charges are not included in the price of the product. Although shipping prices are subject to change, all shipping charges are calculated prior to the completion of an order. Although we aim to dispatch goods within 48hours of receiving an order, the delivery time may need to be extended due to stock availability, in which case we will inform you accordingly.

 

All of our parcels are sent via courier, and the expected delivery time in NZ is 3 business days from when the parcel is dispatched. Deliveries outside NZ are dependant on the delivery method chosen by the customer. If your parcel becomes lost in transit, please contact us immediately so that we can track it's whereabouts.

We offer a 100% guarantee. If you are not happy with your product, send it back to us within 14 days of the date of purchase, in the original packaging, unsoiled with the purchase docket and we will either refund ( less postage and packaging) or replace it for you! Refunds or exchanges will only be made on receipt of the goods and only if received unsoiled before the 14 day period.
