What are your shipping costs?
How long does delivery take?
All of our parcels are sent via courier, and the expected delivery time in NZ is 2-7 business days( depends on urban or rural addresses) from when the parcel is dispatched. Deliveries outside NZ are dependant on the delivery method chosen by the customer. If your parcel becomes lost in transit, please contact us immediately so that we can track it's whereabouts.
What if my purchase doesn't fit?
When returning an item, please contact us in advance to advise us of the return. Please enclose the receipt that was sent with your order and package sensibly to aviod damage to the goods, as we are unable to compensate for return parcels that are damaged or go missing in transit. Goods can also be exchanged, or a credit created for use in our store. Credit will not be issued if original packaging and labeling is not intact.
Any extra freight charges associated with returning or exchanging products is to be charged to you, the customer. Please enclose the appropriate return postage and packing fee with goods returned for exchange, or alternatively we can re-charge your credit card.
Do you do refunds?
A full refund will be provided on any item returned to us in the original packaging, unsoiled, within 14 days of purchase. Exclusions to this include indent orders or for custom made items. Refunds or exchanges cannot be made before we receive the returned goods. Returns made after 14 days or soiled goods will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
