Vytamyx Stop Greasy is designed to support skin and coat condition in horses exposed to moisture, mud and environmental stress. The skin acts as a protective barrier, and maintaining its balance is essential for overall coat quality and comfort.
Stop Greasy incorporates melaleuca, natural beeswax and enzymes to support a balanced dermal environment. Beeswax provides a protective barrier against moisture, melaleuca supports the skin environment, and enzymes assist in maintaining cleanliness and turnover of the skin surface — particularly in horses exposed to wet or challenging conditions.

The Science
Vytamyx Stop Greasy is formulated to support skin integrity and a balanced dermal environment in horses exposed to prolonged moisture and challenging conditions.
Wet and humid environments can disrupt the skin’s natural barrier, creating conditions that allow microorganisms such as Dermatophilus congolensis to proliferate. This organism can remain present on the skin and become active when moisture softens the outer layer, increasing the likelihood of irritation and surface disruption.
Stop Greasy combines ingredients such as melaleuca, known for its role in supporting a balanced microbial environment, with natural beeswax to form a protective barrier against external moisture. Enzymes and supporting nutrients contribute to maintaining skin cleanliness and normal turnover. Together, these components help support the skin’s natural defence mechanisms and maintain a stable surface environment, particularly in wet or muddy conditions.
