Description
A powerful hoof treatment that forms a clean barrier and deters the penetration of dirt and manure into the healthy frog. More effective than commercial preparations like copper sulfate or turpentine yet milder to sensitive hoof tissue. So powerful it lasts for up to eight days without reapplication.
Even in the wettest, muddiest terrain Mustad Hoof Gel can stomp out thrush on contact. A single application not only relieves the agonizing, crippling effects of a hoof condition, but dramatically reduces the chances of reinfection.
Its unique colour tells you where it's doing the job, with a fresh coat needed only where the color has faded.
Can also be used on thin soled feet before applying hoof pads or synthetic pad material.
Ingredients
Water, Isopropanal, Formalin, P.V.P. Iodine Complex, Orca Violet.
Directions
For issues like thrush or similar, apply only once to all infected areas. For prevention of thrush, use once a week in wet environments and once every two weeks in dry environments.
