Helite airvests feature one of the fastest inflation times on the market—under 0.1 seconds. In the event of an unexpected fall, the airbag deploys instantly to protect your neck, spine, hips, ribs, and vital organs. The airbag also inflates upward to meet your helmet, helping prevent your head from snapping back and significantly reducing the risk of concussion. In short, you land on a cushion of air.
When it comes to safety, the most critical areas to protect are everything from your head to the base of your spine. Paired with a quality helmet, an airvest provides the highest level of protection you can give yourself.
The Zip’In 2 can be worn on its own over everyday clothing or zipped into any approved Helite outer jacket. It’s the perfect choice for riders who want style, convenience, and maximum protection in one streamlined design.
Because the Zip’In 2 is a more fitted design, it should be worn snugly for optimal performance.
Helite airvests are also incredibly easy to reset after deployment and require no regular servicing thanks to their simple, reliable mechanics. Just keep the mechanism clean to ensure long‑lasting protection.

Warranty: Our airbag systems come with a 2 year warranty. Register your airbag to extend the limited 2 years warranty to 4 years warranty.

We now also have XS, S, M, L, and XL vests in "Tall" - giving an extra 4-5cm in length.
