Description

A professionally formulated  blend of natural oils and nutrients for horses and ponies with soft, brittle or cracked hooves.  The ultimate hoof dressing formulated to penetrate and condition your horses hooves. Hooftone contains high quality oils combined with iodine tincture, lanolin and Stockholm tar to provide your horses hooves with a nourishing treatment.

Hooftone  is easy to apply.  Clean your  horses hooves then apply by brushing Hooftone  liberally from the coronet to the cover all of the hoof wall. Apply  daily  under normal conditions or as required. For extreme cases if the hooves are hard, brittle  apply twice daily until improvement.

  Directions  - Shake contents well. Starting at coronet pain on liberally daily or as required.   

Why a hoof dressing?

In dry conditions the hoof becomes cracked and brittle. The regular use of a hoof dressing keeps the hoof strong and flexible. This flexibility allows the hoof to more fully absorb the shock from exercise on hard ground. In wet conditions the hoof may absorb too much water and become soft. Using a quality hoof dressing with can act as a water barrier to help prevent this, ensuring the hoof remains in good condition. Incorrect hoof care could eventually lead to lameness in your horse.  Maintaining good hoof quality  with a strong hoof wall is the fist step to ensure you have a sound horse all year .
