Stress and anxiety can dramatically affect the performance of horses and ponies engaged in all disciplines of equestrian competition. MAH is a highly effective calming and anti stress agent that balances the calcium magnesium ratio of cells.
In stressful situations increased adrenaline release can lead to calcium magnesium imbalance with increased calcium affecting nervous muscle tissue to be displayed as a build up of tension and anxiety. The result can be erratic behaviour.
Research has shown that MAH helps restore a balanced calcium magnesium ratio and also reduces adrenaline release.
As a natural calming agent Nupafeed Liquid is not swabable and may be used before and during all forms of travelling and competition.
Recommended Dosage For horses up to 500kg bodyweight
Initial Loading 50ml Nupafeed Liquid 3 time daily or 75ml twice daily added to feed for 5 days.
Maintenance 25ml daily.
Dosage can be safely adjusted for larger or smaller animals, thoses especially prone to erractic behaviour or prior to an expected stressful situation.
